We manufacture high quality plastic cards and smart cards. Our flexible manufacturing uses high technology and advanced machinery to offer solutions to all your plastic card and smart card needs. With over 300 staff operating a 2-shift system, our card plant last year produced and shipped 200 million cards to 60 countries around the world. We specialize in 1.80mm, 1.05mm, 0.85mm, 0.76mm, 0.50um and 0.30mm thickness plastic cards on PVC, PET and ABS substrate. Our production set up is driven by high speed UV offset and automatic silkscreen machines that give us the capacity to print 1 million cards per day which feed our collation, lamination, die cut and finishing departments.
